X-Factors; the X to your Why

This month we are focusing on X-factors!

🔥 Your X-factor is the million-dollar reason you want to get fit, healthy and in shape.

🔥 It's the thing that we can remind you of that makes all the obstacles and excuses fade into the background.

🔥 It's the one thing that, when we call you on a dark, cold, wet November night because you've not worked out for two weeks that will bring you running back.

🔥 It's the thing that makes you capitulate, probably sigh, look at your shoes and tell us when you will be next in.

🔥 It will be personal to YOU – you should be able to pick yours out amongst everyone else’s because there’s that small detail that only you really understand 💜

🔥 It should make you FEEL something!

🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

🔥 Your X-factor is either the one thing on that list that really gets you fired up, or it's a summary of all them or a few of them.

🔥 Write it down on a piece of paper by itself and stick it anywhere and everywhere you can see it.

🔥 You might be able to sum it up in a few words, it doesn’t have to be fancy, beautiful or poetic, but it MUST MEAN SOMETHING TO YOU.

🔥 Whatever really gives you the feels you need, to do what you gotta do!

🔥 Remember, this isn't your goal (more on those to come)

This is your X-factor and it's the sum of your Why-power.

X-Factor; Guidance Questions

Use these questions as a guide to get you thinking - you don’t have to answer all (or any of them) if you don’t want. Some may not even be relevant to you. They are here as a guide to help you work your X-factor into the superglue that attaches you to your workout habit!
