How you think and feel is what will make a difference to how many workouts you do, how much effort you put in, and your progress.
Mindset is commonly misunderstood and thought of as motivation or will power.
Your mindset is something you have to put on every day, just like your clothes (it doesn’t just happen like magic!).
It’s something that you might need to brush up to clear the rubbish that gets stuck, just like your teeth.
It’s something that can be changed in a heartbeat by who you spend time with.
And as Zig Ziglar said, just like bathing, it doesn’t last, that’s why we recommend it daily!
That’s how affirmations work. They are like putting on “clean thinking clothes” every day, they clean away the debris of our sub-conscious and direct our thoughts into the person we want to be, and how we want to think and act through the day.
