Some ‘normal’ Numbers for You

In January 15% of you got 3 or more workouts a week.
Half of you did 1 or 2 workouts a week.
Half of you did between 1 and 10 workouts in the month.
21% of you didn’t make it in at all for one reason or another.
Why am I telling you this?
Well, while we are all aiming for 3 workouts a week to get the most benefit, it just doesn’t always work out how we planned.
And I know that sometimes when you come you might look around and believe everyone is doing so great and coming in 3 times a week every week and getting all greens… and that’s just not true.
(Honestly, if that was the case we wouldn’t work so hard at encouraging you to come and setting up challenges to motivate you and spending time with you each month setting goals that are right for you and calling you if you don’t come.)
While we’re talking numbers I need to mention “all greens”. Only 2% of workouts end that way. We have between 70 and 120 workouts completed on any day, 2345 workouts in January to be exact – 45 ended in all green.
So, while it might feel like everyone is getting all greens except you, the reality is that it’s often less than 2 people per day!
These numbers are to give you some idea of “normal” because maybe you are missing out on some of the wins I spoke about last week. Maybe you should be celebrating and thriving off what you have achieved.
Our mission is to Strengthen women, we’re always going to encourage you to come 3 times a week, but let’s not be fooled into thinking that is easy, or that everyone is doing it except you.
The reality of getting “All Greens” is that it doesn’t happen all the time - so it’s worth celebrating with your workout pals when it does!
