Vision Board for 2025

We’ve got a big day planned here today – it’s our Vision Board Day and today all of the Coaches put together a vision of what we would like 2025 to look like. 

It’s great fun, we go crazy cutting and gluing, then we’re going axe throwing! 

But back to the point here… 

I’ve already sent several emails about setting goals for 2025 but we’ll be doing more than that today and getting ready for it made me think about you. 

The Coaches have prepared – they’ve chosen a word for 2025 and an image, they’ve thought about their skills and where those can be best used to improve the experience here at Curves for all our guests and members. 

Today we will think about why we are here, what’s our purpose, our mission? 

Because having a vision is about more than numbers! It’s about passion, it’s about putting yourself and your dreams right out there and not being afraid of failing. 

It’s about keeping your eye on the prize the whole time, so you do the things you don’t want to do in the moment, because the sum of all those small actions is what makes you better. 

And talking of better, we’re going to talk a lot about standards, because improvement and achieving your goals isn’t always about doing more.  

There are so many hours in the day. Sometimes you just have to raise your standards, stop looking for the next magic thing and give yourself the opportunity to get really, really good at what you’re already doing. 

Creating our vision is THE most important event of our year and it will be hung behind the desk for all to see! 

I hope you feel inspired to create your own, it will set the tone for your year and will give you something to look forward to. Christmas is after all, only two days!
