Take a minute, Christmas is only 2 days

If you are starting to find yourself a little stressed about a certain upcoming festival… 
If you’re already overwhelmed with all the things you’re feeling you MUST do… 
If you’re sacrificing workouts, or putting off coming back, or putting off joining… 
If you’re feeling anxious about “staying on track”, “overindulging”, “paying the price in January” 
Etc etc 
  
Here’s your reminder that Christmas is just two days. 
Coach Dannii and I get into it in our special episode we recorded a couple of years ago so if you need a voice of reason to help you keep perspective (and some humour) then you can listen or watch using the links below. 
If you are absolutely knee deep in tinsel and loving every minute, then that is awesome. Honestly, it’s still worth a watch or listen (while you decorate and wrap!) so you don’t completely abandon your health and fitness amongst all the "doings". 
Slow up, and take a minute or (30 😉) 
My friend always asks me “Sally, are you a human being or a human doing?” 

Think about your “being” commitments, be kind, be present, be fitter, be healthier, be Stronger, be the person who works out every single week… 
Remember Crew… defend your lane, it’s them AND you, not one or the other.
