How’s your attitude?
Or rather, attitudeS, because you can have different attitudes about different things.
Changing how you think and feel about something could change everything for you.
And it doesn’t have to be a huge turnabout, just a few words can make all the difference.
You don’t need a diet but rather an attitude of fuelling your body.
You don’t more time but rather an attitude of spotting opportunities instead of obstacles.
You don’t need more motivation but rather the attitude of working out.
You don’t need more time but the rather attitude of saying no (kindly) to things that don’t serve you and saying yes to yourself.
You don’t need to know how to lose weight but rather the attitude of taking actions, no matter how small, every day.
You don’t need get rid of the bits of you that you think you don’t like, but rather the attitude of building yourself a fit, healthy and functioning body.
You don’t need to be hard on yourself, but rather the attitude that you’re doing the best with what you have, and you can do better next time.
