A gift for you, from you

Coach Sall

I'm not gonna lie – there’s one part of goal setting I find challenging and that’s rewards. I get why they’re important, I can just never think of anything!
What I do know is that we all deserve a reward, we all deserve to feel special (including you), but maybe it is down to us. I came across this gem on the socials the other day and thought this is something I could get on board with, and maybe you could too.

Next time you order something online and it asks "is this a gift?" write yourself a little message.
Something along the lines of "You are awesome and deserve these little treats." 💜

It might not be quite the same as choosing a reward when you set a goal, but it will work in the same way. You could write yourself a note to praise you for showing up at Curves - even celebrating one workout will make a difference to training that sub-conscious work on your behalf to spot opportunities to workout (instead of obstacles).
Let me know if you try it and how it felt when your gift arrived, all for you 🤩, because you deserved it.

The original Instagram post was about sharing whimsical habits, take a look, there might be something else to inspire you; https://bit.ly/4laGXjw

P.S Before I really understood the importance of rewards Coach Dannii and I recorded a podcast where she did her best to explain it to me 😅 I learned a lot (although it took a while!) Here's the link to listen; https://bit.ly/PO30-rewards
P.P.S If you're not sure if you really do deserve a treat or reward, give this episode on 'self-compassion' a listen; https://bit.ly/PO30-self-compassion (Remember self compassion is the practice of good will not good feelings ☺️)
